Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

Obsidian Prestige is a private communications agency providing strategic digital services including but not limited to:

• Editorial content creation + publishing
• Platform-based asset acquisition (e.g. usernames, handles, digital profiles)
• Digital reputation support
• Verification advisory and coordination
• Perception architecture and influence campaigns

These services are designed for professionals, public figures, and businesses who require elite, behind-the-scenes access to controlled visibility systems across global platforms and publishers.

2. Platform + Publisher Independence

Obsidian Prestige is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any third-party platforms, publications, or trademark holders. This includes but is not limited to:

Instagram®, TikTok®, LinkedIn®, YouTube®, Meta®, Google®, Forbes®, Bloomberg®, GQ®, Wikipedia®, Twitter®, X®, OpenAI®, and others.

All mentioned names and logos are registered trademarks of their respective owners. We operate independently through a private contributor and strategist network.

3. Delivery Timeline & Editorial Discretion

Unless otherwise specified, all services are subject to:

• Editorial or platform-side discretion
• Varying review, compliance, and approval timelines
• Pre-delivery setup steps, including intake forms, identity verification, or approvals

We do not guarantee outcomes unless explicitly stated in the service description, and even then, subject to compliance by the buyer.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be honored only under the following conditions:

• The service guarantees delivery and fails within the defined window, excluding buyer delays
• The client has fully completed all required onboarding steps and approvals
• No irreversible third-party action (e.g. publication rejection, platform suspension) has occurred due to buyer behavior

No refunds are provided for:

• Partial completions
• Buyer remorse
• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information

5. Risk Disclosure

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Some services involve platform policy-sensitive actions (e.g. handle requests, content publication, visibility control)
• There may be unexpected enforcement, reversals, or delays beyond our control
• Certain actions may carry platform-side risk, especially for high-visibility assets

Obsidian Prestige is not liable for:

• Loss of access
• Account actions
• Editorial rejections
• Platform compliance changes

You assume full responsibility for risks associated with the service requested.

6. No Chargebacks Clause

Chargebacks are considered breach of agreement.

You agree:

• To resolve any concerns directly with our support team: ops@obsidianprestige.com
• That chargebacks will result in permanent blacklist from all Obsidian services
• Legal action may be pursued in your jurisdiction if intentional fraud is detected

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsidian Prestige shall not be liable for:

• Platform or publication decisions
• Lost revenue, business interruption, or reputation impact
• Third-party enforcement outcomes

Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

All matters related to this agreement are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any service, checking the terms box at checkout, or proceeding with payment, you agree to this Terms of Service and affirm that you understand:

• What the service entails
• All stated risks
• Refund limitations
• Our independence from third-party platforms
